Never again will I weigh so much
I have been struggling with my weight for 3 years. I've exercised, have eaten healthy, cut carbs, fats, counted calories and have exercised even more without losing one stinkin pound. I felt it necessary to find something other than a 'fad diet' to lose weight and to not lose it with medications that encourage weight loss while the person is 'dieting'. When they go off their 'diet' the weight has come back if the person has not changed their lifestyle habits in terms of eating and keeping fit. I've heard of everyone saying "Oh, I lost such and such amt of lbs 5 yrs ago on this or that program so I think I'll try it again!" It shouldn't work that way. It should be "I've lost weight by changing what I eat so I am eating healthier and doing healthy activities and I've kept it off for 5 yrs and I feel wonderful!"
In 2007 I went from 186 lb to 145 in 6 months. I had to, I had no other option because I was going on a cruise in 2007 in the Carribean with my husband.
